Good morning Savannah!
We had quite the whirlwind of a weekend for sure! Thank you to all of you who stopped by to visit us at the shop, Pony Express Farmers Market, and Cosby Community Alliance Watermelon Festival!

Just a heads up for today, our normally scheduled bakes will be delayed until this afternoon. Between back to back events, a massive and much needed supply haul, and being out of the bakery the last two days, it is going to take me a bit to reset everything back to normal usable functionality. My poor soup and spice displays alone look like a tornado came through 😂🤣
So, normal hours as usual, a few sale breads on the table, and fresh cookies will be available when we open this morning. The rest of my usual breads will be staggered throughout this afternoon as I can get everything mixed and in the ovens.
Thank you again for your patience as I reset the bakery and as always, your support is amazing and much appreciated 🥰

Espresso Chocolate Chip is back!
Hopefully we'll have enough to bring some to both Pony Express Farmers Market and the Cosby Watermelon Festival tomorrow 😁

Finally got to make lunch box pepper salad! 😁
🫑🌶🥒🌶🫑🌶🥒🌶🫑🌶🥒🌶🫑🌶🥒🌶🫑
Sweet baby peppers, cucumbers, and the absolute best sesame ginger everything bagel dressing!
It will be a very limited run at the shop due to the sheer amongst of peppers it takes, so grab it while you can!
We also have fresh bagels coming out of the oven which go surprisingly well with this salad 😉

We've had some really good guesses on our new flavor but only one got it right....chocolate chip espresso! Though they look it, the dough does not have any cocoa in it, that is just the ground espresso powder added to our famous chocolate chip cookie dough 😁
Definitely not one to eat before going to bed 😂🤣

It may still be 90 degrees outside, but soup season is calling my name! 6 bean chili is available in the cooler and blue corn cornbread is in the case 😋

Back from Texas and ready to bake up a storm! The main table has a bunch of half priced bread available as we clean out freezers from making way too much before we left. Italian, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and bagels were made yesterday and we got to pick up a bunch of fresh produce from AnB Produce last night 😁

So, currently available at the shop today:

Tomatoes (slicers & cherry)
Green Tomatoes (great for frying or chowchow)
Cucumbers
Peppers (fajita, bells, and hot)
Watermelons (regular seedless & baby snackers)
Cantaloupe
Honey Dew

Bagels(everything, spicy garlic crunch, cheddar, and plain)
Italian loaves

Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Lemon blueberry bread
Sourdough Sandwich Bread (half off)
