I know I know, I’ve been pretty quiet lately. Life has been doing its thing 😵‍💫. I’m thinking I want to do a big and I do mean BIG cookie drop on the 11th. Anyone have any specific cookies you’d like to see? It can be something I’ve already made or if there’s something new please feel free to suggest something! I’m hoping to introduce a couple new fall flavors as well!

I’m planning on offering 3/6/12 packs, these will be able to mix & match!

I finally got a chance to make a banana pudding cookie! Loaded with white chocolate, crushed nilla wafers and even a mashed banana(because bananas DO belong in banana pudding 😆) and topped with a white chocolate drizzle and more crushed nilla wafers!

Y’all I have been baking all day and now it’s time to get rid of it all!! If you’re a fan of zucchini bread then this is for YOU!! You’re welcome to pickup in Olivet after 6 a.m. $5 a dozen, all mini zucchini bread muffins!

UPDATE: All have been sent with my sister in law to design team. If any make it back today I’ll update it again!

HCIL will have a Facebook Dessert Auction on September 1st-3rd, 2026. Pickup will be on Friday, September 4th at the TVEC Community Room from 12:30-5:30 p.m.

Some of Hardin County’s finest bakers are making delicious treats for your Labor Day weekend enjoyment!! Previews coming soon!👀

We are making it easy to enjoy the long weekend without worrying about what to feed your family and friends!! 😀

As an added incentive to bid on a dessert (or make a cash donation), an anonymous benefactor has agreed to match our fundraising efforts up to $1,000.00!!!! 🙌 And we are thrilled!!

All proceeds will be used to pay for books for our preschoolers in Hardin County. Currently, we have 925 children who are receiving a book in the mail monthly through our partnership with the Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation (GELF) and The Dollywood Foundation.

All donations are tax-deductible and used only for Hardin County’s children ages birth-5 years old.

Donation can be dropped off or mailed to the Hardin County Public Library at 400 Armory Drive (temporary location) or I can pick up your donation!
