I understand the importance of having safe and tasty food options. I am a dedicated gf baker. My name is Nikki. I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember. Learning the basics at home from my mom. I’m a bit of a cooking show addict, which is often where I find inspiration for new recipes to try. Some of my favorites being America’s Test Kitchen, the Great British Baking Show, and Master Chef.

About 11 years ago, I was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. I found out very quickly that store bought gluten free products were lacking in flavor and texture. This is where my gluten free baking journey began. I’ve gone through many trials and errors to find what works and most of all tastes good. I love it when people try my food and say, “I would never know this was gluten free.”

Thanks so much to everyone that came out to Maifest today! I sold out of all of my bakery in 2.5 hours. As much as I wished I had more to go around, events like this is what keeps me doing what I do. The place was packed despite the chilly weather and rain. Everyone I talked to was so happy and overwhelmed to be there because they could order whatever they wanted from any vendor, something most people take for granted. So thankful for everyone supporting the gluten free community.
