Resurrection?

Albany County is seeking a qualified operator to lease and manage the coffee shop space inside the Events & Athletics Center at the former College of Saint Rose campus, located at 420 Western Avenue.

This café will serve visitors, event attendees, building tenants, and County employees and is part of our ongoing effort to reimagine the Saint Rose campus as a vibrant community destination.

RFP Updates:
• The proposal deadline has been extended to 4:30 p.m. on March 27, 2026.
• An additional site visit will take place on Friday, March 13 at 2:00 p.m. at the Events & Athletics Center.

The International Spa Heritage Festival starts tomorrow! Several speakers from European thermal towns will be here and from 3-6 they’ll be a farmers market/artisan fair set up by the reflection pool. SO MANY GREAT VENDORS will be there (including us), and then at the Hall of Springs they’ll be an evening jazz bar!

For $20 you can grab a collapsible canteen and the definitive guide to Saratoga’s famous mineral water. We’ll be making a checklist for anyone who wants to hit all 13 in the park ⛲️ Bring it back completed (fun for the kiddos!) and get any drink of your choice, on us.
((Definitely not something to do in one day unless you have quick access to the bathroom 🙃))

Besides being an INCREDIBLY beautiful/fun/different space to work remotely, we also boast a wide array of DELICIOUS beverages. We have booths, WiFi, tables both inside and out and fabulously clean bathrooms. I mean?? Now our kids are all in school and we are HERE FOR YOU. No more wishy washy hours. We’re really HERE FOR YOU!

Not to be a bummer about the end of Summer, but…..
We have so much coming up next week we need to close for most of it.
Izzy turns 4! Our 3 kids will now be attending 3 different schools! We need to spend a day crying/celebrating! Our weekly hours are up in the air after this, but we’ll post when we figure out how to do it all!
The good news is we have an incredible mobile coffee cart in the works! Stay tuned ☮️
