Your attention please! The doughnut lobster roll is now at peak perfection and going on the menu starting this weekend! It’s available June 12-14 and June 19-21 (Friday-Sunday). You can have it either tossed in a lemon-butter Kewpie aioli, or a jalapeño, garlic lime-butter aioli. 1/6lb of claw and knuckle meat stuffed into a toasted brioche doughnut, and a bag of chips—$20.
