Further proof that twins share the same brain, more or less.
I moved in with my twin sister this week. She's out of town right now, though. My stuff is still in boxes and crates all over the house, carport, storage sheds, etc. I began baking cookies again this afternoon after a very short break. I couldn't find my Dough EZ anywhere. I can't Cookie without it, or so my brain thinks. It's a non-stick silicone mat so I don't have to add extra flour and it has roll guides so that my cookies are an even thickness. When I looked in the cupboards for something I could use instead, I found this lovely still in her box, never been used!
How many people, especially non-bakers, have one of these magical tools in their kitchen? I'd wager not many! Jessica's just THAT amazing!
Like so many times before (and many more in the future), my twin has again saved me. She is always a step ahead of me in what I need and taking care of me (and everyone else who is lucky enough to be close to her), even though she probably didn't know it at the time she bought this mat. I love her too much to put into words, but I am a little afraid for her if her brain works anything like mine.
