You ever wonder what my check list looks like for drop off catering? From your POV you just see some sliced bagels boxed , bagel sandwiches wrapped and cream cheese in a tub but there is much more to it! My checklists look like this on a daily this one is pretty small. From figuring out counts , understanding quantity needed, shopping, and food preparation for a 10 minute exchange.

I love to be organized and I love a good checklist. Some people say I make it look easy, well I do BUT it comes after years of putting systems in place.
