Part Time help wanted for Food Service and Catering. Position Responsibilities
• Prep ingredients for assembly, assemble and wrap sandwiches, prepare salads, cut fruit
• Set up food assembly line.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the chef.
• Restocks all prep items as needed.
• Cleans and maintains station practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use most kitchen equipment.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, refrigerators and storage areas.
• Is friendly, positive, helpful and team-oriented, willing to learn new skills to help the store, the team and themselves
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef or Kitchen Manager at any time.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
• Experience prepping and portioning meat and vegetables
• Proficient knife skills
• Demonstrated experience with time management and producing daily prep lists
• Ability to follow order guides, receive and adjust to daily orders
• Ability to thrive in a high volume environment
• Cheerful and helpful attitude toward guests and other team.
• Desire to work collaboratively on an assembly line to expedite food very fast.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to read labels, read instructions and follow recipes

• Ability to scale and multiply measured ingredients for recipes
• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment (e.g., tubs, carts, flats, etc.) to and from stockroom
• Ability to work flexible hours
Stocking, Cleaning, Re-Stocking, Prep. and Bakery Prep. Dishwashing
$10-12. /hr depending on experience + bonuses and opportunity for $15.00 after 3 months.
Mon - Fri 2-6pm but can be flexible afternoons
