We’ve been a little MIA lately. Traveling for work and vacation this last month or so. But here’s a sugar baby watermelon from our container garden! So yummy!

Tiny seed → giant sunflower. 🌱🌻

🌿 Today we did plant things… and they’re ready for new homes! 🌿

All these Golden Pothos babies started as cuttings from my mother plant, and today they were potted up into fresh 4” nursery pots. Each pot contains 5–7 rooted cuttings, so they’ll grow into beautiful, full plants over time. I have two 2” pots with two cuttings each as well.

I love my Golden Pothos because it is:
🪴 Beginner friendly
☀️ Happy in bright, indirect light
💧 Easy to care for
🌿 Fast growers

4” Pots – $5 each
2” Pots - $2.50

Send me a message to claim yours! I’ve got seven 4” pots and only two 2” pots! Thank you for supporting my little dream and following along as Cottage & Clover continues to grow! 🌿🤍

Before I could harvest my dill this morning, I realized it wasn’t mine anymore. 💚

Both of my dill plants are covered in Black Swallowtail caterpillars, happily munching away. I was planning to cut it all down today anyway, but I think they’ve claimed it first…

As a first year gardener, I’ve been learning that my garden isn’t always just for me. Sometimes it’s creating a little space where butterflies, bees, ladybugs, and all the tiny helpers feel at home.

So the dill stays. 🐛🦋

I can’t wait to watch these little guys grow and, hopefully, see them return as butterflies in a few weeks.

Ready for a great bake day! Two dozen+ cinnamon rolls, two sandwich bread loaves, a cheddar jalapeño boule, and a good old traditional sourdough boule! I’m so ready for my house to smell amazing all day long!

Left my starter on the counter for a few hours tonight and it exploded out of the jar and onto the counter!

Some recent pictures from the garden! A cucumber tendril with its perfect little spiral, a hydrangea bloom painted half pink and half lavender, and strawberry leaves catching tiny water droplets like jewels. The garden has a way of reminding me that beauty doesn’t have to be big or grand. Sometimes it’s tucked into the smallest details if we slow down long enough to notice.
