We are looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a close-knit, hardworking team.
This position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term opportunity, not a temporary or seasonal job.

What We’re Looking For:

Punctual and reliable
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Available to work weekends
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Approximately 25–30 hours per week
Weekend availability required
Typical shifts fall between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Evenings free
Compensation
Starting at $19–$22 per hour DOE, plus tips
Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility for the right candidate

While we may be closed to the public on Mondays, we are busy behind the scenes, making bread for all of our wholesale customers!
you can find our bread at so many restaurants and stores throughout the Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara. Shoot me a DM, and I will tell you what is the nearest location to you to pick up our breads and pastries!
