We are a small bakery focusing on small batch baking using European bread making and pastry techniques. We started out at the farmers' markets selling our gourmet waffle and chicken sandwiches which quickly became popular with market visitors. As per request by our dear customers we added a bakery to our commercial kitchen so that our beignets and waffles can be purchased year round.Our small menu

is market driven and inspired by the seasons allowing us to deliver premium products with bold flavors done very well. All our products are handcrafted and made from scratch daily.
