Every year I ask my boys what kind of cake they want. This year my oldest requested a Dog Man cake with macarons shaped like his badge filled with dark chocolate butter cream and raspberries. Brown sugar macarons 🤩 I love anything caramel related so brown sugar macarons have been on my list for a while now. Obviously not caramel, but you use brown sugar in your cookie instead of granulated sugar and it is sooooo good 😋 filled with a brown sugar Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with a white chocolate drizzle and dark brown sugar sprinkled on top. Divine.
