Hi, I’m Allyson — your neighbor behind Cookie Evolution, in Santa Clarita.

Five months ago, an arm injury stopped me in my tracks. Being forced to step away from something you love is harder than it sounds. But that pause gave me something I didn’t expect — time to remember why I started this in the first place.

It began quietly, in my kitchen, chasing a feeling. The kind that comes from biting into something that genuinely surprises you.

That feeling became Cookie Evolution — small-batch, handcrafted cookies made with premium ingredients and elevated flavors. The kind that pairs perfectly with a good cup of coffee.

I’m not back in full swing yet — but I’m getting there.
