Cooking video attempt: I had a recipe, a camera, and a plan. The plan lasted about 12 seconds. 😂 There was flour everywhere, a few “wait, what comes next?” moments, and one very confused mixing bowl. The food turned out great, so we’ll call the filming a work in progress!

A late-night idea kept me up, so I had to bring it to life first thing this morning: my Piña Colada Sourdough! 🥥🍍 I folded shredded coconut and dehydrated pineapple chunks into the dough, and the result was so delicious—sweet, tropical, and full of cozy coconut-pineapple flavor. Sometimes the best loaves start with a little midnight inspiration!
