A soft, lemon cupcake filled with bright strawberry-lemon jam, topped with silky strawberry lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and a sparkling sugar crunch.

☕️ Coffee Crunch
A lightly flavored espresso vanilla cupcake filled with a coffee Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with a vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and coffee honeycomb.

🍫 Chocolate Caramel Crunch
Devil's food cupcake filled with gooey caramel and topped with lightly salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate-covered toffee pieces, and a chocolate drizzle.

Available as:
- A mixed Signature Box (2 of each flavor)
- A 4-pack of either flavor
- Limited singles

Coffee Crunch is one of the most personal flavors I make.

Over the last few months, I’ve been making tiny adjustments - not to change the flavor, but to make the cake lighter and closer to the texture I remember growing up.

Sometimes the biggest improvements come from the smallest changes.

Originally made famous by Blum's in San Francisco, Coffee Crunch Cake has been part of family celebrations for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, it was one of those desserts that always seemed to find its way to birthdays, holidays, and family gatherings. Years later, I learned how to make it myself, and it - along with its Lemon Crunch sister - has been a family favorite whenever it appears on the dessert table.

This month's drop includes my own take on Coffee Crunch in cupcake form: an espresso cupcake filled with coffee Swiss meringue buttercream, topped with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, and finished with crunchy coffee honeycomb.
