GINZA Nishikawa USA Ginza Nishikawa specializes in only one product – shokupan. Now available nationwide on Goldbelly! A shokupan loaf (9”x4”x4”) is priced at US$18.00.

Shokupan is best enjoyed freshly baked on the first day of purchase. On the second day, the water content will decrease, while the bread settles and the sweetness increases. The third day, Ginza Nishikawa recommends toasting the bread so that the crust is crispy, and the inside remains soft and chewy. Now available nationwide on Goldbelly.
