As most of you know “if you’ve followed me for awhile” my little baking business started as my side work to keep myself busy during my off season from the hotel.
I’ve been at The Nonantum Resort for 16 years now, started on breakfast and the outside line, then spent the last 8 years on weddings including being the Banquet Chef for the last 5… well I was offered and accepted the position as Pastry chef this season, so my normal limited availability during the summer might be even more limited now.
But still please feel free to reach out with ideas and requests and if I’m free I’d still love to help. I’m definitely a full month to 2 months booked out but it never hurts to ask.
