My son turns 16 today and he wanted a banana cream pie cake!
And that’s what he got
4 layers of vanilla cake, homemade Banana pastry cream, fresh sliced bananas, vanilla cookie crumbs and whipped cream frosting. Crumb coated in a nice thick layer of whipped cream frosting and sealed it all in with cream cheese buttercream.
