We recently saw a post on Sanford, 327 where a resident was lamenting about the closing of our location. She is in need of a homemade cookie cake for a birthday. It really touched my heart, and I was saddened by the fact that I am unable to fulfill her request.

I am still baking, but for my own pleasure and fulfillment. I treat the women in my office to a different sweet treat each week. In honor of such a beautiful soul, who appreciated the true southern homemade desserts we offered, I made my homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Please know your words touched my heart. Thank you for being a loyal extended family member ❤️

In MY opinion, a baker should never need sugar water to ensure the moistness of a cake. At Simply Homemade the science and experience plus our secret ingredient is what made and kept our cakes moist!!

Expensive does not translate into better!

Good Afternoon 😊 It has been 1 WEEK since we closed our doors to return to pursue our purpose in Law. Please know that we miss you and value each and everyone of you.

Things are great! I’m not just saying that to fill space. But things really are amazing. Sometimes we have to let go in order to attain the next level in life - professionally and personally. With change comes growth, right?
