It’s been a busy holiday season, and I’ve been baking more than posting—but one thing I never miss is creating my signature holiday cookie collection—a tradition I lovingly bring back every year.

This year’s collection includes:
• Alfajor (Argentina) – Delicate cookie sandwich filled with dulce de leche and rolled in shredded coconut
• Almond Polvorón (Spain) – Soft, sandy, melt-in-your-mouth cookie with almonds and cinnamon
• Italian Apricot Pastisetta – Cornmeal cookie filled with apricot jam and dipped in chocolate
• Guava Frolla – Mini tart with tender Italian pastry and our guava jelly made from real fruit.
• Chocolate–Passion Fruit Alfajor – Soft chocolate cookie with vibrant passion fruit–white chocolate filling made from real fruit
