Good afternoon to my favorite people 🤍

I have a few updates for this week I’d like to go over with you all!

With some personal life things happening currently I am not able to be in attendance for Wednesday night Sanford Farmers' Market. For all of my Wednesday people who came out every week to get meals and sweets, thank you so much! We look forward to next years Wednesday markets! 🤍

As for the Shops on Main drop for this week, it will be slightly lighter than what I was hoping for, considering it is the first week of September, but I feel it’s best I need this time to process and heal.

We will be at Saturday market with some fun fall things and some exciting new items that were so excited to share!

But for now I will see you all Saturday! Thank you so much for understanding, we are sorry for this inconvenience but we will be back and better this weekend! I hope everyone has a great week! 🤍

Happy Tuesday peeps 🕺

Disclaimer this may be a longer post 🙂

If you all have noticed the last few weeks we have been offering more meal items! I have been struggling myself with postpartum hormones and have started a meal plan that I would like to also incorporate into MeMe’s! We will now be offering a meal prep meal each week, sometimes more than 1 option! They will be high protein and as low calorie as possible! This week I’ve been playing around with protein pasta so this week there will be a Protien pasta lunch meal prep available at Shops on Main and some will be available at the farmers market! 🫶

As I continue to grow this side of MeMe’s I would love to hear some thoughts and feed back on these options! I want to be able to bring good whole food to the community and will need all the ideas I can get! As life is getting busy I hope to be able to provide a convenient healthier lunch option for you all! I hope you all are ready for this health kick because we will be launching some breakfast items soon and I’m super excited for those 🙂
