I know this may be a shock. I know seeing this post may be upsetting. Just know this decision was not easy for me to make, but I need to do what’s best for family and myself.

Just know, this may be the end of Uncle Matt’s Bakery and Cafe, but it is not the end of Uncle Matt. Sometime in the future you will see me again. For now, I need to seek a healthier lifestyle and get my medical conditions under control.

So let’s do one last hurrah. Stop by tomorrow between 8 AM to 1 PM, I will be baking off all remaining croissants free for the taking and this way I can say goodbye to my wonderful customers and community properly.
