First off…thank you.

I’m still in disbelief watching my baked goods sell out at Rhodes Coffee Co. each weekend. Your support means more than you know.

I also have a little business update.

Over the weekend, I received notice that the word “Silo,” as it relates to a bakery business, is trademarked and cannot be used for my small business. So, after a lot of thought (and a little heartbreak), I’ll be changing my business name.

The good news? The name is changing, but the bread, the recipes, and the heart behind it are not.

I’ve been incredibly grateful for family and friends helping me brainstorm what’s next, and I think we’ve landed on something I love. I’ll be sharing the new name soon. 😊

My goal has always been simple: work hard, stay humble, be kind, and set a good example for my kids. That won’t change, no matter what name is on the sign.

Thank you for supporting this little bakery through every chapter. 🫶

😩 well sourdough failed me today and there won’t be loaves at North Street Nursery & Farm this morning. I’m hoping to stengthen my starter and get some loaves there this weekend 🤞🏻🤞🏻
