Okay friends! If you haven’t tried this girls Gluten free, vegan sourdough from the farmers market you’re missing out!!
My dad who has to be gluten free now loves her bread and he hates anything gluten free.
Just ordered her sandwhich bread, and a sourdough loaf. 🩷
She’s a full gluten free bakery which is perfect for those of us with celiacs. 💚

Allergy friendly white chocolate huckleberry scones for breakfast this morning. 🩷
I loveeee scones so much and it helps that the are so simple and quick to make for a last minute breakfast. 🤤

2 cups GF flour
1 tsp salt
1TBSP Flax meal
1TBSP baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
Mix ⬆️
Cut in 8 TBSP cold DF butter
Then add 1tsp vanilla
3/4 cup DF Milk
Mix this well ⬆️
Fold in huckleberries and Vega white chocolate chips.

(You can use any berries you want in these)

Press down into a circle that’s about 2 inches thick and cut your scones.
Bake at 400 for 22 minutes. 🙂

I need to play with these some more. But the flavor was yummy!

It’s been a minute since I’ve done homemade fried chicken.
I used my fried chicken recipe and turned out amazing!

Gluten, dairy, egg, soy, almond/nut, oat free and so yummy. 🤤

Soak cube steaks in “buttermilk” rice milk & lemon juice is what I use. You can use ACV or lemon juice and use whichever dairy free milk you want. It’s 1 cup milk with 1TBSP lemon.

Blend up chex (i use corn or rice chex 1-2 boxes
Add about 1/4cup corn starch, or rice flour
1TBSP Garlic powder
1TBSP Onion powder
1TBSP Salt and mix It all up.

Try to get as mich buttermilk off tour steaks and dip in your mix and then fry. Soo yummy and easy. 💕🤤

Made a gluten/dairy free pumpkin pie today and it turned out amazing!
My kids first time have pumpkin pie and they demolished it in seconds!
My dad and husband both said it was good! My dad saying wow that’s really good means a lot! He doesn’t like anything gluten or dairy free. 🤣
