3 mini Christmas cakes.... Rich fruit brandy soaked.

1st Christmas cake to go out.... Rich fruit cake soaked in brandy with handpainted Christmas bauble decorations. This cake is being sent to Hampshire tomorrow for a very worthy cause - an animal charity for their raffle. Let's hope they raise lots towards their fund.
