Speciality loaf this week is our Maple Walnut 🫶🏼

Fun fact, the purple swirls are from a chemical reaction between the tannins in the walnut skin with the iron present in the flour. How cool??

Also can you believe that 2 jars of maple syrup from Beegotten Farm was used in this batch of dough? We did not skimp out at all!

Come get a loaf at Lewiston Artisan Farmers Market this Saturday, 9-1pm. This is a VERY limited item so make sure you come bright and early for one!
