My hyper fixation these last few weeks has been dense bean salad. This is the one I made today and it’s pretty darn tasty.

I posted this pic on my story earlier today and had some people wanting the recipe so here’s what I did 😊

-2 flank steaks grilled ~2lbs (seasoned with salt & pepper) cubed
-1 large English cucumber cubed
-2 bell peppers (1 orange 1 red) cubed
- 1/2 red onion minced
- 1 bunch of parsley minced
- mini mozzarella balls (8oz)

Dressing
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1/4 red wine vinegar
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-mustard
-salt
-pepper
-onion powder
-garlic powder

I’ve decided to take a step back from baking 💔 . I might do a few more events this summer- but honestly having my oven on all day in the Az heat was miserable last summer🥵.

These last couple months have been amazing! Thank you to everyone for keeping me busy.

This next month I’m going to be simplifying things. Partly for my sanity and partly because I’ve been wanting to try some new recipes but haven’t had time 🤪

This is the base menu above 👆 and each week I’ll have at least one other sourdough baked good as well- so keep an eye out on my stories to see what it is 😃
