Here's the menu for what I'll be bringing to the Palatka Farmers Market this Saturday. Their theme is Under the Big Top... so... I am making a few circus themed items 🎪 Can't wait to see y'all again! 🩷

A couple things that went out the door....

Sande Kirby ... a two layer vanilla cake with vanilla frosting "just because" she wanted cake and one dozen chocolate cupcakes with purple frosting for her daughter's birthday.

Imani Klein ... 10 sugar cookie dark chocolate tarts with coarse sea salt sprinkled on top and 10 sugar cookie milk chocolate tarts.

I hope you ladies enjoyed your sweet treats 💖 😋

I will be on vacation from Thursday, July 30 through Thursday, August 20, 2026 visiting multiple friends and family members.

If you have something you'd like to order before July 30 - pick-up must be by July 29 - get in touch today 🩷

If you have something you'd like to order after August 20, the earliest pick-up could happen is August 22 - schedule now 💜

Market season starts the first week of September at Palatka Farmers Market on September 5, 2026 🥳

Last week, after I posted the cookie cake for Imani Klein, a sweet lady contacted me about making the same cake - an "N" instead of an "I" - for her friend Nancy's birthday today. Can do ✔️ 🥳

Chocolate chip cookie cakes with milk chocolate ganache between the layers, covered in vanilla sage green, hunter green, and yellow frosting, with chocolate dipped strawberries and edible white and gold pearls. 🍓 🍪

My neighbor texted yesterday morning about needing gluten-free and dye-free treats for her grandson's birthday celebration at school today. 🥳 I gave her a number of options I could make with what I had on hand. (I always have gluten-free flour on hand). They decided on vanilla gluten-free cupcakes, half with vanilla frosting and half with chocolate frosting. 🧁

I received a photo of her grandson at school today - which needs no description at all. The mess says everything 😋 ❤️ Happy Birthday, kiddo!!

Come on down to the City of Palatka's 4th of July Celebration ❤️🤍💙 from 4pm to 9:30pm for some amazing America 250 entertainment! There's multiple food options, a kid zone, a variety of craft vendors, and me with baked goods 😋 You can find me next to the clock tower and the Nutty Veteran. ❤️🤍💙

The rain should only be short lived 🤞

Come on out to the Visit Palatka Summer Night Lights until 8:30pm. I've brought some patriotic items in honor of our 250th Birthday ❤️🤍💙 The weather is beautiful and the music is amazing 👏 See y'all soon!
