Elaine's Treats My name is Elaine Truong, I live in San Luis Obispo, California, one of the world's happiest places on earth.

I am the owner of Mandarin Gourmet Chinese restaurant for over 28 years.....Food is my business....Baking is my passion!! What started out as a hobby has now become an obsession. The most fun part for baking is to see the special person's face expression and to see that big smile makes my heart glow. I have a day job, my husband and I own Mandarin Gourmet Chinese Restaurant in San Luis Obispo for

over 20 years, I often bake cupcakes for my hard working employees and customers, my customers are from all over central coast and I earned so many friendships from them. Sharing my cupcakes are just a little way to show the people around me that they are special to me. This is how Just Because Cupcakes has began...I bake for JUST BECAUSE!!!
