You'll be leading a team of 4-6+ folks across our front of house and farmers market operations. We're looking for someone that knows the difference between great service and great hospitality, and can teach it to a team.

🌊 Petra on a baker's flow state...

I love this video. Petra's the best. She somehow chose us out of a long list of bakeries she found on the site about bakeries using their mills--she wanted to work with fresh flour. And after 3 years, she's done a whole lot more than that here at the bakery. She literally can do anything on our BOH production team. And very recently she has been sprouting into a new role of Prepared Foods leadership. You'll be seeing some really delicious new sandwiches and other food pop up as we get our bearing. Slow is fast...
