Hi Friends! In celebration of hitting 10k followers on this platform, and generally to celebrate YOU, we have some fun giveaways!

Milling fresh flour has been at the heart of our business since the beginning. When it was just me in my home, I used this very same Mockmill to grind my flour. Nowadays we have my dream mill—a 40” Vermont granite stone mill. We are milling a literal ton of grain every week for our own production and for those of you that use our flour at home! And this great little Mockmill hasn’t seen use for quite some time. Which means that it’s time to pass it along to the next avid home baker :) And same goes for the Brod&Taylor proofing box—these are both items that we have used in the course of our bakery growth over the past 7 years. They are lovingly used and ready to stoke out the next home baker.
