Hi, I am Christopher, also known as Panda to my friends, family and colleagues. At the end of 2023, I made a bold decision to leave my 14 years of engineering career in the Silicon Valley and follow my long time passion for cooking. In the kitchen of La Panda bakery, I took my mom's popular dishes and transformed them into delicious pies and baked goods with my own unique twist.
