Slide 1:

Mini Lemon Cheesecake: A smooth, creamy cheesecake filling with tart lemon zest and juice mixed in. The lemony filling sits on top of a classic, crumbly graham cracker crust.

Strawberry Rhubarb Crumbles: In this filling, the tart, floral punch of rhubarb is tamed by the juicy sweetness of Spring strawberries. Topped with our buttery, oaty crumble.

Raspberry Rhubarb Square: We layer a strongly tart, housemade raspberry-rhubarb jam with a creamy cheesecake base in this flaky croissant square. Finished with a sweet brown sugar streusel.

Slide 2:

Mother’s Day Quiche: A 9-inch version of the quiche we serve at .kneaded.cafe. The eggy, cheesy filling becomes light, airy, and soufflé-like when baked. We offer two varieties: Classic Cheese or Lorraine (ham/onion). Either flavor is supported by a flaky, buttery crust. (Bakery + Pre-Order only)

Mixed Berry Maritozzi: A fluffy, Roman-style brioche bun filled with our very berry jam in the center and generously covered with airy whipped cream. (Bakery + Pre-Order only)

Pecan Sticky Bun (Bakery/Markets): We swirl fluffy brioche dough with a mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar. We douse the bun in a honey caramel and sprinkle buttery pecans for a bun that lives up to its sticky name.

Our current seasonal sandwiches 💚🌱

Loxy Lady: This seductively indulgent yet light, springtime sandwich is like a lox bagel in sandwich form, starting with a thick layer of cream cheese filled with fresh herbs. We then layer smoked salmon, thinly sliced crisp and fresh cucumbers, and a healthy smattering of sharp pickled red onions. Served on our demi-baguette.

Green Goddess: A vegetarian sandwich with fresh cucumbers, locally grown micro greens and sprouts, a thick layer of healthy spinach, and slices of mozzarella cheese. Complete with our housemade, creamy green goddess dressing. Served on our demi-baguette.

The Asparagus Tile is a celebration of cheesy, creamy, unctuous Bechamel. The vegetal, green, and very much in season asparagus spears are laid across and cut through the fat in the Bechamel, and become gently browned in the baking process for added depth of flavor. This pastry feels like a full brunch meal concentrated into a tile of pastry.

Give us a twirl! ..Or a swirl, a Pesto Swirl that is.

An essential part of this beautiful brioche nosh is our homemade AKB pesto, made with earthy walnuts, sweet basil, and nutty, cheesy parmesan. We roll each piece together with shredded mozzarella and cut into appetizing green swirls.

Very Berry Hand Pie 🫐

We highlight the abundance of beautiful spring berries in this hand pie. We cook down a mix of sweet blueberries and tart raspberries into a sticky, fruity, deep purple filling. After bake, it is Finished with a vanilla icing on top.
