We celebrated Rosh Hashanah with lots of delicious specials, rolled out a new seasonal menu, made some bloopers 🙈, and probably opened and closed our oven doors hundreds of times to get all these baked goods out each week!

The Apple Turnover 🍎🍂

We cook down fresh, local, diced apples in a sugar mixture with dashes of nutmeg and cinnamon to create a filling that warms you from the inside out. We form our flaky pastry dough into a familiar triangle shape so it fits perfectly in your hand for on the go enjoyment. That way you can eat it all before you even make it back to your car!

Available Fri-Sun at the Bakery and both Farmers Markets during this seasonal menu.

Bánh Mì is back on the menu this month 🥒🥕🥖

Meat lovers can enjoy our turkey-mortadella cold cut sandwich, but our delicious tofu version is totally vegan!

To infuse flavor in the vegan Bánh Mì, we marinate our tofu slices in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh garlic, ginger, and lime juice.

Both sandwiches get layers of bright pickled daikon, carrots, and cucumbers, a spread of housemade sriracha mayo (made vegan for the tofu version), fresh jalapeños, and herbaceous cilantro. Served on our French demi-baguette.

Try out both and see which you like more while they’re on the menu!

Long time fans will reminisce about its cinnamon flavor profile and soft, cakey texture. We roll our cookie dough base in a cinnamon sugar mixture before baking, the secret to any perfect Snickerdoodle 🍪

Do you like cardamom? Well you’ll love this Pear Cardamom Pinwheel 🍐

A flaky, fun shaped croissant with a cardamom pastry cream. We freshly grind green cardamom pods to infuse the cream, and those fresh pears release their juices into the cream during the bake for a super flavorful bite.
