Santa cruz Vegfest ¡ya vamos! Here we come! So excited to be back after 7 years 😭 2019 was our last Santa Cruz Vegfest and we are SO EXCITED to be back in community with y’all ❤️🤎💚. It’s been a serious roller coaster since then, but we are so glad to be able to continue baking conscious pan dulce and treats for our gente!
📆 Just one week away on Saturday June 6th at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds and we’ve been hustling and prepping to make sure to bring you a variety of tasty pan and treats! Sadly, we won’t be able to offer pre orders because time is tight, so make sure to arrive early for the best variety.
♻️ And don’t forget your reusable containers for a small discount!
🥐We will offer smaller sizes of our pan dulce to make sure folx have room for all the Vegfest goodies! 😋 And Our Mini Pan Dulce Bag is back! You’ll get a mix of all our flavors and textures! Warm spices…fruity…indulgent…soft…crisp…fluffy… 🤤

Once a month (except June) we will be at our favorite market Japantown Farmers Market from May-Oct. Save the dates! 📆
📲We will take (limited) pre orders on our website the week before our market day. Orders will open Monday at 6pm and close on Friday at 3pm, or sell out.

💘💌¡Día de San Valentín! Valentine’s Day pre-order! We’re extra excited this year because our friends and will be joining our order-pick up event! You can order and together by going to Cali Caffeine’s page and clicking on their link, and Pozole from through their DM. And pick it all up at our kitchen 1849 Little Orchard St, San Jose. It will be a lovely FEAST!

🎉New Year, new pan dulce! ¡Feliz año Nuevo folx! 🎊 We had a warm and restful break filled with family, kitty cat cuddles, and revisiting work-in-progress recipes 😄. And now we are excited to share our new pan with you all! 🌱🥐🍰
🍓🥥Two new pan dulces to share with y’all! The first (that I’ve been working on the longest, mostly to get the roll 🌀 correct…and realizing that it won’t be “perfect”) is the Niño Envuelto. It’s our Cortadillo cake recipe with strawberry jam and shredded coconut. It’s a very nice fruity balance, and the coconut is light and not overpowering (for those that aren’t fans of coconut). The second is Ojo de Buey and it is a crisp outer layer pastry with a soft vanilla cake center - and a hint of almond. For those who like texture contrast, this is your pan!

🎄☃️🎶Happy holidays everyone! Felices fiestas a nuestra comunidad! 🤎❤️
We truly appreciate everyone who has supported us this year! A very special shout out to the folx who have supported us throughout the years!! We’ve been catching up with peeps this season that we haven’t seen since we were at our kitchen in Santa Clara, pre-pandemic/pandemic era 😭.
2025 has been tough for a variety of reasons, but keeping close the things that we love, like familia, connecting with community, staying true to who we are, and baking conscious treats for y’all always gets us through the roller coaster times. ❤️‍🔥
We look forward to baking for you in 2026! We’ll offer one order-pick up later January and one for Valentine’s Day in February. And we hope to have some friends join us for those dates, stay tuned for announcements!
