Happy Tuesday!

We had an awesome Easter weekend and hope you all did too! This past Saturday, we had the honor of delivering this cake to our friend for his surprise birthday! The design is of his 1988 BMW e30. We don’t use fondant or rice paper printing for designs as every cake is sculptured, and hand piped with love by our very own, Valerie Anne Onit.

We were very honored to make this birthday cake for a friend’s, mom’s 80th Birthday (wishing you many more and an abundance of blessings)! This two tiered, 12” base and 8” top was so fun to bake, decorate and deliver! The bottom tier is a moist, decadent, dark chocolate cake (a Val signature recipe!) with Nutella hazelnut cream filling, covered with raked buttercream icing and a tiny, blue flower buttercream design.
