Marco & Giacomo Montevago

Two brothers whom since they were children worked in family`s own bakery. Their experience was influenced by their great grandfather and their uncle, whom for fifty years have had a great Bakery in a little town of Palermo. Thank to them the two brothers have learned to make great traditional Italian desserts and cookies. Their first experience in a working environment began when his father Claudio Montevago opened a really famous Bar called “ Bar Caffe Politeama” which is located in the historic center of Palermo, the Politeama Theatre. Politeama Theatre is an attraction for all the tourists that come in our city. Thank you to the Bar Caffe Politeama they have learned how to make an amazing delicious gelato/ice-cream, and the special cappuccino with the traditional italian espresso. After working hard for their family`s own bakery, Marco and Giacomo decided to began opening their own Restaurant but having different ideas for their future. Instead of opening just a simple Restaurant in Italy. They decided to travel far away from their hometown in Italy but keeping their idea to open an Italian Bakery. Finally they decided to open their own Bakery in America to make everyone know our special italian food.
