I have always heard of burnt almond cakes but didn’t try them until recently. I went to 3 different places to try them including the famous Peter’s Bakery to see what it was about this cake.

I don’t know the actual recipe so I just made my own interpretation on what it could be. What I did was layers of soft sponge cake, almond pastry cream, Swiss meringue buttercream, and then covered with candied almonds.

It’s now in my top 5 favorite cake flavors 💜

Making adjustments to my cheesecake recipe to get the 9” cheesecake size and height I want it to be. Took 3 tries I think this is the ratio I like. Graham cracker crust all the way to the side for easy de-molding ☺️

Hello everyone, I have been thinking about announcing this for a while now but it’s finally time. I’ve decided to make a career change and went back to school recently. I was hoping I can juggle the work with my baking business, life, school, and full time job, but it has been very difficult. I will still post some of my baking adventures here but will no longer take any custom orders. I will only work on the current orders I have.
This might change next year depending on the work load but I will keep everyone posted.
Thank you to everyone that supported my business, to all of you that followed me journey when I established this more than 10 years ago, my friends and family, and all the vendors I vend with during covid times.
I met alot of you wonderful people that encouraged me to keep going, I also learned alot and improved my baking techniques since I started.

I have made many mermaid theme desserts before but this is my newest favorite! Made all the paper decorations in my cricut and procreate, and all other decorations are made of candy melts. Happy birthday Xyla 💜

Hello everyone! Mid-autumn is coming soon so that means Mooncakes! Our 3rd year back making these so please place your pre-orders now until 9/25!
These are made fresh with no preservatives so they MUST be stored in the fridge and consumed in 5 days! Unlike the mooncakes you see at the store that can last at room temperature for a month, these babies will not stay fresh long!
These do contain peanut oil so are not nut-allergy friendly. (Sorry guys)
Deliveries will be offered in Fremont surrounding cities on 9/26.
