I'm a home-based baker specializing in floral-bouquet Japanese souffle cheesecakes. Current cheesecake flavors:
- Plain, matcha, chocolate
* Sponge cake alternative also available in same flavors

Current mascarpone-whipped cream filling flavors:
- Plain, vanilla, strawberry, blueberry, mango, matcha, chocolate, fresh fruits

Sizes:
- 4" serves 1-2 people (lunchbox

cakes)
- 6" serves 3-6 people
- Custom sizes also available

Please order at least 3 days in advance for floral bouquet cakes and fruit sandos. And for custom orders, at least 1 week in advance. Pick up in San Jose. Delivery available for a fee based on distance.

I love vintage styled cakes, and whipped cream isn't always stable enough to create these designs. So I love how this one turned out 💖💖🍓

4" floral-bouquet cheesecake

- Flower colors: Pink, purple, yellow, blue

Fluffy, light cake with whipped cream filling topped with decadent buttercream flowers.
- Less sweet than traditional cakes.

Welcome to Pani-Pani Bakery😊

My name is Stefanie and I'm a home-based baker in San Jose.

I'm very excited to finally share my cakes and other baked goods! As I'm getting started, my options are a bit limited, but I'm hoping to expand my menu in the near future.

I specialize in decorated Japanese souffle cheesecakes and whipped cream cakes. They are fluffy, light, and less sweet than traditional cakes, and filled with whipped mascarpone cream. 🎂

- Whipped cream flavors: Plain, strawberry, blueberry, mango, matcha, chocolate

I also offer Japanese fruit sandos made of milk bread with whipped mascarpone cream and assorted fruits.

Currently I'll be focusing on pre-orders, BUT you can also reach out for other types of orders (custom cakes, larger sizes, multiple orders).
