This exciting crab sauce with shrimp and tofu dish is made by our new astounding chef: 👨‍🍳 Chef Ruan

It’s worth mentioning that the special crab sauce powder was invented entirely by Chef Ruan.

1. After giving the secret crab sauce a quick stir-fry, add in the pre-cut tofu cubes into the pan
2. Gently combine well so the sauce is infused into the tofu. To ensure the freshness and tenderness of the tofu, it’s important to keep check on the time and heat level the tofu has been cooking at
3. Take out the sauce covered tofu onto a plate/bowl and put to the side
4. Add the raw shrimp into a pot with boiling water and let it cook
5. Add the cooked shrimp onto the previously cooked crab sauce tofu
6. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top and it’s ready to be served. Enjoy! 😋

Today we want to share how to make a classic Cantonese dish called lotus leaf steamed chicken! 😋 This method of using lotus leaves is very popular as the lotus leaf is wrapped around and steamed with chicken for immensely tender, plump, and delicious meat 🤤. Since it’s steamed, the nutrients from the meat are also retained as much as possible. 🐓

🌟 Main ingredients:
⁃ 1/2 chicken
⁃ 1 lotus leaf

🌟 Side ingredients:
⁃ 1 tbsp oil
⁃ 1 tsp salt
⁃ 1/2 tsp sugar
⁃ 2 tsp soy sauce
