Yesterday was an amazing Christmas! I had been in the hospital in Ketchikan,since Sunday Med-e-vac'ed to Bellingham Washington on Wednesday night and released on Christmas day! I spent the day with an amazing friend from school & her husband... she cooked a FABULOUS dinner... some of which I pictured! Yesterday was a reminder that Christmas is in the heart... It truly is what you make of it. I am blessed to be alive! Merry Christmas to all my friends & family... cherish today, because tomorrow isn't guaranteed ! I am taking a few days to rest... I will be back soon with a new menu !

To all my Facebook Friends and family, I am not accepting any orders at this moment… I was admitted yesterday afternoon to the hospital with heart related issues. They’re planning on keeping me at least another day… I will let everyone know when I am ready to resume business. Thank you for your support and understanding.
