I think you’ll appreciate the story of how this came to be. It all started one day when we accidentally undercooked a batch of our sesame brittle. Because it wasn’t up to our usual standard, it was relegated to the ‘misfit rack’—the place where imperfect chocolate confections go to wait out their fate of being either snacked on or tossed.
Well, as luck would have it, I came in the next morning looking to snack on it myself, only to find the tray completely empty. It turned out I wasn’t the only one obsessed with it! I kept that idea in my back pocket for a while. When we finally decided to bring it to life, we swapped the sesame for peanut, tweaked the recipe and a brand-new treat was born. After all, who can resist the classic combo of peanut and chocolate?
