Hi, hello! šŸ‘‹šŸ½ is this thing on???? Ive become a little camera shy (literally so off brand!)

During my hiatus I’ve been very active in the kitchen, dining in fabulous restaurants, making my own vanilla (because there is simply no other way?), throwing dinner parties, attending dinner parties (I’m a reliable middle), going to the consistently, wine tasting, eating cannolis (in addition to chocolate lava cakes) and having a grand old time in the kitchen.

Growing up, family dinner happened every night—no exceptions. It was sacred time: we sat together, shared stories, and reconnected after long days. If the phone rang, it went unanswered. It was a moment of togetherness in a world before smartphones ruled the table.⁠

I still carry that ritual with me—because food is more than just a meal. It’s presence, love, and a chance to slow down. ⁠

RECIPE⁠
½ cup dry red wine⁠
3 tbsp olive oil⁠
3–4 cloves garlic, minced⁠
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped⁠
