Imagine being 13 years old, pregnant because you were r***d, and locked inside an overcrowded immigration facility in a state that has banned abortion. Now imagine that, months later, members of Congress can't even find out where you are.
That's the reality for an unknown number of girls held at the Urban Strategies San Benito facility in Texas, a shelter run by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The facility has housed pregnant immigrant girls as young as 13, and about half of those pregnancies are the result of rape.
Sign our urgent petition demanding Congress investigate and get answers about every girl and infant who has passed through this facility!
