This moment feels like coming full circle - from my time as a stagiare at Pierre Herme, to returning to Paris to receive this award. It’s deeply emotional and very exciting to be recognized alongside so many pastry chefs I have long admired and looked up to.

Our 2025 Lunar New Year preordering is now open! Choose between these dates for pick up: Wednesday, 1/29 or Saturday, 2/1 or Sunday 2/2 or Saturday 2/8 or Sunday 2/9. The Pineapple Red Bean Panettone is only available to pick up on Weekends.

The menu officially starts in store on Wednesday, January 29th.

This is the only time aside from Kouign Amann Day to get Black Sesame Kouign Amann. We recommend you buy some, eat some and freeze some. 😋

Easter is next weekend! We have a special tart collection that you can preorder to enjoy with your loved ones after brunch or dinner.

The pickup dates are Saturday, March 30th or Sunday, March 31st. The tarts can also be purchased next weekend in-store until we sell out, if you want to secure some, then preordering is the best way.

The Easter collection consists of 4 Tarts-Strawberries and Cream Tart, Pistachio,Cardamom and Lemon Tart, Blueberry and Earl Grey Tart, and Yuzu Passionfruit Meringue Tart.

If you would like to order differently than the preset collection that is offered online, we can accommodate you over the phone or in store.
