Day 4 of starter. I had a big bake day today for the market so I haven’t edited my video but nothing new. Discarded half, fed 3 tablespoons flour (50 grams) and about 4 tablespoons water (a little less than 50 grams) we got the fake out on day 4!! She’s looking good though!!
