Some menu items start with a recipe. This one started with a memory.

Our Pizza Bagel is inspired by the pizza Mike grew up eating in his Brooklyn school cafeteriaโ€”and while the Pizza Bagel may be rooted in nostalgia, the ingredients are anything but cafeteria food.

We start with San Marzano tomatoes and make our sauce in-house. Add fresh mozzarella, basil, and cupping pepperoni that crisps up beautifully in the oven.

The result is our take on the pizza Mike loved growing upโ€”named after the school where he first fell in love with it.
