Did you know rhubarb is North Dakota’s (born and raised 🙋🏻‍♀️) official state vegetable?! 👀💚

While we see rhubarb more often here in San Diego during the summer, its peak season in North Dakota is actually autumn — thanks to those long summer days and cool fall nights. 🍂

After a quick visit home, my Mom & Dad packed up a whole bunch of their homegrown rhubarb and sent it back to San Diego so I could share a little taste of my home with you! 🥰

So, for a short while, it’s making its way to Frost Me’s featured pastry. Come grab one while you can! ✨

Okay guys….
our cinnamon roll connoisseurs have spoken!
A few months ago we switched out the pans of our rolls to make a more “perfect” and consistently shaped roll. (Don’t worry, we have been using the same recipe for 8 years and that’s not changing!)
Well the professionals have spoken and they want us to go back to our roots.
It reminds me a little of life lessons….not everything has to be perfectly shaped and beautiful all of the time. Life can get messy, and sometimes a messy imperfection like our cinnamon rolls is exactly what you need to get you through your day!
