The Lollicake Factory Freshly Baked Filipino Breads and Ube cake as well as customized cakes and pastries in Roseville , California!

Inspired by California’s cake pop cravings of Philippine actress, cake decorator and pastry chef Lj Moreno - Alapag, The Lollicake Factory was created. What started off with deliciously rich, moist, bite sized cakes covered with chocolate served on a stick, has now grown into a business that makes fondant cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and a lot of other customized pastries. Now that Lj and Family have moved to the US she is focusing on Filipino breads and soft icing cakes.

I created this 6” mini fondant chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache, paired with matching red velvet & carrot cake cupcakes, to celebrate Nolan’s 4th birthday! 🎉🧁✨

The sweetest part? This cake survived a 4-hour drive and still made it to the beach looking good! 🏖️
