That voice telling you you're a fraud is the internalized echo of a family system that felt threatened by your brilliance. To belong, you learned to dim your light. Now, "success" feels like a betrayal of your primary tribe.

You call it "maintaining standards," but the inability to hand off tasks is often rooted in a childhood where being needed was the only glue holding your identity together.
If you're not the indispensable one, do you still have a right to be here?
Letting go feels like a relinquishment of your very self.
