Fall flavors are fresh from the oven at From the Hartz Bakery! 🍂🍞

Join us this Sunday, October 4, from 9–11 AM for our weekly pop-up!

This week’s sourdough loaves:
🍞 Plain: our classic golden crust and tangy center
🎃 Pumpkin Swirl: a cozy taste of fall
🍎 Apple Balsamic Brie: apples, creamy Brie, and a touch of balsamic

Sourdough treats:
🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookies
🎃 Pumpkin Coffee Cake Loaf: perfect with your morning coffee

Everything is made with our long-fermented sourdough for the flavor and texture we love. 💛

Can’t make it during the pop-up? Any leftovers will be available for porch pickup after 11 AM, while supplies last!

Everything is made with long-fermented sourdough. The extra time develops rich flavor and texture and helps break down some of the flour’s starches.

We’re taking a little break from baking this weekend for a very special reason… 🎓❤️

Our main baker is starting COLLEGE this week! 🥹🙌

We’re giving him the weekend to settle in, figure out his new schedule, and ease into this exciting new chapter before we start figuring out how flour, fermentation, homework, and college life are all going to coexist. 😂🍞📚

So there will be no Saturday pop-up this weekend, but don’t worry…we’ll be back soon with fresh sourdough and treats!

In the meantime, send our baker some good luck on his first week of college! 🎓✨
