Sugar cookie decorating Friday, 8/28 at 4pm! We’re doing sand dollars and sea stars 🤗 DM us or call The Coop during open hours to RSVP. Each kit includes 5 cookies and as much icing/sprinkles as you can feasibly squeeze onto each one ;) you can follow along with our amazing cookie decorator-designer Mackenzie, or freestyle to your heart’s content! Kits are $35 each for this event, and can be shared between 2 people. All ages welcome!

Here’s a story, morning glory~

We took a tray of these with us when we visited family out of town recently (and when I say “we took a tray” I mean: my mother managed to shove an entire frozen tray of unbaked cinnamon rolls into a carryon suitcase and boarded a plane with them).

And that… probably says more about us than I might want it to 😂 shall we spin it as “going above and beyond” “sharing the love” or maybe just “that allergen-free customer service grindset”?

Anyway, from my family to yours, thanks for rolling with us 😘🐓

If you’ve been GF or diagnosed celiac for a while, you know how bananas this statement is, but: there is simply Way Too Much to eat around here 😂 As a 20+ year celiac, it simply feels sinful to have this many options every day. (Sometimes I go home and sit with baby carrots and deli meat or plain rice to reset like “this is how it should be” 🤣🤣🤣)

Currently, my weaknesses are the double chocolate muffin and the (vegan!) almond matcha muffin. They go down so fast 🥲 it’s just not right.

I guess this must be what they meant by “too much winning”, right? I’ll just have to get used to it 😉 fall is just around the corner, after all… 🎃

Just when you were thinking things couldn’t get any sweeter… We made some little* sprinkle cakes! Fun fact that no one tells you about being an adult: you can just buy a cake for no reason. No one will stop you.

These bad babies are our special chocolate cake 2.0 with vanilla buttercream icing. While supplies last; only at The Coop!

testing, testing: there should be laws protecting (and preventing… for your safety and mine😭) a bird my age from having to learn how to use all these newfangled social media features. besides, the cinnamon rolls don’t taste better just because I put a filter on them, as far as I can tell.

In honor of Independence Day, we’re granting our team their independence a whole hour early on Saturday. Please join us in celebrating their newfound (though short-lived) freedom. Then, please join us again Sunday, as we pay our respects to the loss of that extra hour until next year.
