Gluten Freedom Baking Co. & The Coop SB

Gluten Freedom Baking Co. & The Coop SB The Coop | Bakehouse & Pantry, our storefront in Solana Beach, is now one year old! Hooray! Cause she's (still) the one makin' it.

Welcome to headquarters for all the latest Gluten Freedom news, bake days, hot happenings, Coop-related chaos, menu madness... and me, the little 🐓

https://www.thegfbco.com/coop-menu Come by for a visit Wednesday-Sunday during open hours to shop from our extensive pantry, order off our café menu, and (most likely) witness some kind of tomfoolery. Everything is (still) made without gluten, corn, soy, peanuts, & GMOs, and (still) made WITH all the satisfying deliciousness you've come to expect from Mom.

Trays for days~~~ the dinner rolls are rolling out in a major way at GFBCo. this week!

You may be thinking “it is September even though it feels like July”, or “yay Halloween is so close! ” but we, on the other hand are Permanently Haunted by the looming specter of November, friends 😬😱💀

Pumpkin and pecan pies are moving fast; and if you see a pack of dinner rolls, you better believe it will be gone the next time you check. November will be here before you know it!

Keep your finger on the calendar and your eyes 👀 on the prize!

Now introducing our latest and greatest DAIRY FREE MUFFIN: ✨PUMPKIN SPICE✨ 🎃🧨🤯

I’ve been telling y’all about this dream since this time last year, and when I tell you that dream did not prepare me for reality… 🙌

Gluten, dairy, corn, soy, oat, peanut, tree nut, coconut, avocado, sesame, shellfish*- Lil Punkin ain’t got time for any of that (and neither do Lemon Poppyseed & Orange Cranberry, in case you were wondering 😋

THANK YOU BIG CHICKEN!!!

* Lore Drop!: a LOT of people inform us of their shellfish allergy when they are only in for muffins. It’s definitely a disproportionate disclosure domain. Rarely does anyone mention or ask about it for other menu items. Correlation does not always equal causation, but it still begs another question: who’s out there poisoning y’all with secret shrimp muffins? 🧐
