A little Sunday sweetness is coming…

Something I’ve been dreaming about, baking for, and slowly building behind the scenes is finally becoming real.

My very first little Meringue Fairy pop-up. 🤍

And with it comes a little new chapter for Meringue Fairy.

Pavlovas will always have my heart. They’re where this little dream began, and meringue will forever be my favorite thing to create. 🤍 Pavlovas and macarons will still be part of Meringue Fairy, available through pre-orders for special occasions and celebrations.

But somewhere along the way, I realized that what I love most isn’t only making meringue- it’s the whole magic of baking. Trying something new, learning, creating, and turning simple ingredients into something that makes someone’s day a little sweeter. And I want to keep following that feeling.

So alongside my signature meringue creations, you’ll now find freshly baked cookies, little crumble buns, and other sweet things I’ve been dreaming up. 🎀

And there’s another reason I’m so excited about this new side of Meringue Fairy. I wanted to create a way for everyone to experience a little bit of the magic. Not only for special occasions, but simply because you felt like having something beautiful and delicious on a Sunday.

Some of my meringue creations are naturally more of a special-occasion treat, so I wanted to have some little everyday sweets that feel a bit more accessible, while still carrying that same Meringue Fairy feeling. 🤍

This little pop-up is just the beginning. A tiny beginning, but a very special one.

I’m so excited to keep baking, keep learning, keep creating and to share all of it with you. 🥹
